This Company provides intuitive, energetic, and animal-communication services for educational and personal insight purposes.

3. Booking, Payment & Refunds

3.1 Booking & Payment

Services are booked through our website using Squarespace and processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

By booking a session, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

3.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are available if the client cancels before the session has been scheduled.

Once a session has been scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

Refunds are not available for missed appointments, no-shows, or sessions that have already been delivered.

If the Company must cancel, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund. Termination or cancellation of services does not automatically entitle the client to a refund unless expressly stated in this policy.

4. Nature of Services & Required Disclaimer

By booking a session, you acknowledge and understand the following:

  • Animal communication is intuitive and energetic in nature.

  • Results, impressions, and interpretations may vary from client to client.

  • Information received in a session is offered for insight, personal growth, and connection, not as fact or guarantee.

  • The Company does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for animals or humans.

  • The Company is not a veterinarian, veterinary technician, animal behaviorist, or medical professional.

  • Sessions do not replace veterinary care, medical treatment, training, or professional behavioral evaluation.

  • Complementary practices, such as animal communication and Reiki, are not veterinary or medical services.

You agree to consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional for any medical, behavioral, or safety concerns regarding your animal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, photos, videos, digital downloads, training materials, and session descriptions — is owned by Animal Communication with Nora LLC and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

6. User Responsibilities

By using this website or booking a session, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information

  • To participate in sessions respectfully

  • Not to record sessions without permission

  • Not to misuse or misinterpret information shared

  • To use good judgment regarding any information received

If you behave inappropriately, violate these terms, or disrupt services, the Company may refuse future bookings.

  • The Company is not liable for decisions you make based on session content.

  • The Company is not liable for behavior or outcomes regarding your animal following a session.

  • The Company is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries arising from website use or session participation.

The Company makes no guarantees about:

  • Session outcomes

  • Accuracy of intuitive impressions

  • Desired behavioral or emotional changes in your animal

  • Website availability or uninterrupted service

All services are provided “as is.”
